 CIMMCO Joint Nail Machines creates durable and lasting  wood joints for furniture and cabinet makers, wood workers, casket makers , decking, doors, picture frames and and other frames together by driving the ESTAD Joint Nail into kerfed wood piece to create a wood joints.  It can be used for a variety of wood working joint applications. 

The CIMMCO Joint Nail machine is available in a single hand feed model or configured for a coiled joint nail applications both using 1/2" to 4" ESTAD Joint Nail with no adjustment necessary for change in nail length.  Work rests are positioned for the desired countersink depth and to match the kerf angles.  Work angles adjust around all three axis, with nails aligning perfectly with kerfs.  2 Second cycling times support high production rates. 

Standard CIMMCO Driving Head:  all wearing parts are heat-treated tool steel; all moving parts are lifetime dry lube; all exposed parts are black oxide coated for corrosion resistance.
