​​HOW DO DOUBLE TAPERED JOINT, FLARED CLAMPING NAILS & DOUBLE "V" SPLINE NAILS WORK?
Kerf-sawed wood is cut in advance in a precise and predetermined thickness that supports the particular size of Joint Nail or Flared Clamping nail is used to make the wood joint.  The specific nail is then inserted / driven in using a CIMMCO Nail Machine, a pneumatic palm driver or a hammer to securely form a wood joint with the two pieces of wood.  The nail is inconspicuously hidden within the thickness of the wood.  No exterior or interior trace of the nail assembly fastener is visible.  The process is generally used in conjunction with the use any adhesives or bonding agents to secure the wood joint, saving time and effort.  Our nails ensures the wood joint is secure and ready for finishing processes.
